An on site bar and restaurant will be serving food and drink throughout the day and will be ready to feed and water you after the hard work of Running the Ring.

Live entertainment will be provided by DJ's from VDub Radio with various interviews and perhaps a few updates on the day.

Competitions and prizes to be won throughout the day

Meet other like minded ringers for chats and giggles.

Camping is available so why not make a night of it?

To join us at the "Gathering" after Run the Ring, you must purchase a day ticket @ £10 per adult. Children under 16 go free but can you also book your children. All profits will go to this year’s chosen charity, CoppaFeel. Book your tickets here.

Many of you have already reserved camping at Henfold Lakes for “Al Dentes World Famous Camp” directly with the campsite, if so, you now need to pay for camping here.

If you want to Camp at Henfold Lakes either before Run the Ring or after on the Sunday night for the "Gathering", you now need to book & pay for camping here.

NOTE: Please do not confuse this with HenLOW Lakes which is a campsite close to South Mimms start point: You can of course camp at HenLOW Lakes before the Run the Ring and join us at HenFOLD Lakes after for the "Gathering".  (If you do go to HenLow lakes after Run the Ring, you will be missing the fun!)

ALL THIS DEPENDS ON COVID. We will be closely following the government guidelines and ensuring that we are compliant, If for any reason, this can’t go ahead, you can feel smug that all cash raised will still go to Coppafeel.

Q: Is there any Camping for Run the Ring?

A: There is camping sites at Henlow Lakes in Henlow, Hertfordshire (contact them to make a booking) or you can stay at Al’Dente’s Campout @ Henfold Lakes in Dorking. Book here -

Q: I have already booked direct with the site for camping at Henfold Lakes in Dorking. Why do I need to pay on Run the Ring site?

A: As this has now become the “Gathering” event, the campsite owner has asked us to control the bookings and to collect the payments. We need to control the numbers.

Q: I was quoted £18 per night direct with the Campsite, why is it £2 more.

A: We have arranged for an event tent to be erected on the site for the entire weekend as a place to meet and greet fellow ringers. We also have to pay for Liability Insurance and Web fees for the ticket sales. If there is anything left over, the money will go to CoppaFeel.

Q: I can’t pay right now but have booked already direct with site.

A: All those that have booked with the site prior to 4th July have a reserved place and have up until September 19th 2021 to pay. Everyone else will need to book through our website
